Like so many of us, I have walked a long and difficult road with mental health. There were times when it felt entirely out of my control, forcing my dreams to the back burner and deeply affecting my relationships, my friendships, and my journey as a mother.

It took years of tough lessons, continuous dedication to therapy, and discovering the right community to find my footing again. Through that support, I built a newfound confidence that I now channel directly into my art and handmade jewelry.
